"Company" means Servebase Communication Co., Ltd.

"User" means government agencies / state enterprises / organizations / legal persons. Wishing to use the Dedicate Server service provided by the company

"Dedicate Server Service" means a server rental service in which the server connects to the company's internet network.

"Service Fee" means Service fee for server rental

2. The user agrees to pay the service fee to the company within 30 (thirty) days from the end of the billing period. This does not include setup fees. Which the users have to pay to the company at least 7 (seven) days before the date of use of the service

3. In the event that the user fails to pay any service fee within the specified period Users must pay an additional rate of 1.5 percent (one point five) per month calculated from the amount due And if the company has not received payment of service fees and additional money within the period of 30 (thirty) days from the end of each billing period The company has the right to terminate the contract and suspend or terminate the service immediately without notice.

4. The user has the right to request to extend the period of service according to this contract further. The notice must be given to the company in writing not less than 30 (thirty) days before the expiration of the usage period under this contract. In the event that the user does not notify the contract extension within the specified period It shall be considered that this contract is effective for a fixed period.

5. In the event that the Dedicate Server service is interrupted by a failure due to technical disruption and the company's equipment And if it appears that the company is unable to take corrective action Or to take any action that causes the problem to end The company allows users to deduct or reduce service fees in proportion to the period of time that users cannot use the Dedicate Server service under this contract. By deducting service fees after the end of the period of payment of service fees that cause problems or having to deduct them in the next payment period If unable to do so within the specified time limit Calculation according to the ratio of service fees per service period Calculation according to the ratio of service fees per month from the amount of 30 days or 24 hours per 1 day, calculated according to the ratio as follows

In the event of a signal outage from the above events from 6 hours to 12 hours each day Users can deduct or reduce the service fee according to the time of actual disruption and in the event that the signal outage from the above causes more than 6 hours per day, the user can deduct or reduce the service fee for 1 day. In connection service Or any other reason that is not in a condition that the company can control or prevent Including signal interruption due to natural phenomena Or due to system maintenance Or any equipment that the company has notified users in advance in writing Or via mail electronic (Email), then not considered to be the case of Dedicate Server service in accordance with this contract. 

6. Users must exercise caution and oversight and must not use the Dedicate Server service in this way in the way that leads to Violating the rights of other people Regardless of whether the other person uses the file security system to protect or not. Users must not distribute information, image, or image of another person to spread widely without permission from the owner. If any user actions cause damage to another person. The user is solely responsible.

7. The user must not send-receive messages, image data or signal codes that are against the law. Or is contrary to the resolution of the Cabinet, policy, rules, orders or announcements of the Communications Authority of Thailand Or as specified by the government Or is against the public order and good morals of the people Or is a danger to national security

8. Users must exercise caution and do not take any actions on the Dedicate Server system to invade other computer systems. Regardless of whether in the company's network And / or other computer network systems Which users are not allowed to use And users must maintain the confidentiality of their passwords very well. Do not allow third parties to use

9. The company is not responsible for any damages. Caused by cable systems Or various communication circuits are damaged, defective, or unusable, or caused by messages, information, images, or codes used by users to communicate, are delayed, damaged or lost

10. In using the User's Dedicate Server service, the user must not bring any service other than the user requesting from the company. In the event that the user does not comply with the stated conditions Whether intentionally or negligently The company has the right to terminate the contract immediately. And or claim a fine of 2 (two) times the amount applied daily By calculating one month equals 30 (thirty) days and regardless of how many hours each day is used Then multiply by the number of days in use And can charge the user with a bill for the next month immediately. The company does not terminate the contract with users as specified in the previous paragraph. Does not constitute disqualification for the company to terminate the contract with users later 

11. The company can request the root password or the server administrator to check at any time. And when the company requests the password, the user must notify the company of the password within 6 (six) hours from the time the company requests the user in writing or by letter Electronics (Email). If the user does not notify the company within 6 (six) hours of the password from the company requesting The company has the right to terminate the contract and suspend or terminate the service immediately without notice.

12. The terms and conditions in this contract are considered the essence of the contract. In the event that the user does not comply with the terms and conditions in this contract The company has the right to suspend service immediately without prior notice and has the right to terminate this contract immediately. Which the company is not responsible for any damages To all users

13. In the event that the user does not comply with the terms and conditions in the contract Causing damage to the company or outsiders The user agrees to be responsible for all damages incurred.

14. In the event that the user wishes to terminate the contract before the contract expires The user must notify the company of the termination in writing at least 30 (thirty) days in advance and must pay the company an amount equal to the usage of one Dedicate Server within 10 (ten) times.
